About the study

Asset management is a coordinated set of activities aimed at extracting value from the assets of an organization, such as balancing asset-related costs, opportunities and risks, and analysis of expected performance of assets, among others.

The science of asset management aims to contribute to the search for solutions to the major challenges related to the creation, operation, maintenance, and renewal or disposal of assets in an operational and business context.
