Public forum on natural gas in Maputo draws media attention

On 14 September in Maputo, Mozambique, the Inclusive Growth in Mozambique project held a public forum on natural gas. The public forum focused on better ways to manage natural resources revenue in Mozambique.

Tore Eriksen, a senior advisor from Norway’s Ministry of Finance, gave a presentation on natural resources findings, revenue management, and lessons from Norway’s experience.

The event brought together policy advisers, members of the diplomatic community, development practitioners and government representatives, and provided a platform for the exchange of ideas with the aim to inform new policies on better ways to use revenues from natural resources to lead the country to inclusive growth.
